I believe that original artwork carries the love, energy, and emotion of the artist who created it. When making art, I have deep feelings of peace and happiness, and believe that energy becomes a part of the artwork and transfers to the person viewing it. In a hospital setting, it is particularly beneficial to be surrounded by beauty, as there is evidence that positive emotions can promote healing. I hope The Quiet Hour brings a deep breath, solace, and sense of comfort.

They generally toil behind closed doors, safely out of view, tucked away in studios near and far.
